I've heard good things about these, but no first hand experience personally.

Ad says 80% of parts are interchangeable with a standard 1911. Wonder what parts you'd need to convert it to .45 acp? Barrel is a given.

Would love to have a 22lr fed 1911. You think the frame could handle 45acp?

I would think they took regular 1911 frames to build these, but I'm just guessing.
