Wow! I have noticed a lot of things that either are not available or the prices have gone completely stupid. Hmmm...... There is not one bag of Cat Food in the Food Lion. When I can find some its in the little bags and costs double what it did 6 months ago. Oooohhhh, hang on, here comes the good part. I've been stocking up on cigarettes for about a year. I've been buying 5 cartons at a time because they won't sell you more than that at one time. Well, they were about $40 a carton when I started stocking up. Hmmmm..... About 2 months ago they went up to about $50 a carton. Then about a month ago they went up to about $62 a carton. What the Hell's going on? Today I had to pay $70 per carton. Now, the question is, do I go to town every week and buy 5 cartons and pay whatever they ask or do I just follow the Hyper-inflation until I can no longer afford them. I truly think that they will be $100 a carton in a month or two. It won't be long before Cigarettes will become a status symbol. "Oh, look, he's smoking a cigarette, he must be rich". Yesterday, I was concerned. Today I'm pissed. What can I expect for tomorrow?

Tobacco was in use here before Europeans arrived and turned it into a cash crop.
Serious question:
If climate allows, why not grow your own?
PS: I am not a smoker though do enjoy a cigar once in awhile and love the smell of most pipe tobaccos.
