Hi All.
As I tend to buy in bulk. I have bought a large number of these.
They are pretty low priced online.
They are a good piece of kit. I have tried them out and I highly recommend them.

Best I can find is about $18-20 USD plus a couple bucks shipping to me. For cost calculation I figure right at $22 to get one in hand over here, on order from net.
Just for the fun of it, try to figure out what it would cost to have you box 2 up and ship them to US Zip Code 24550. Put them on a 3 week slow boat or so for the cheapest.

I have dealt with BudK a couple times. Generally they are junk. I would be very careful. Very careful.
Their used surplus condition is probably used for a crap can, then to dig a tunnel, a Viking war hammer and finally as a test subject for acid resistance and rust acceptance.

Well was checking out shipping on these and it would be somewhere in the region of $30 for two for the shipping alone. So would come in real close to the $22 per when figuring in what I paid for each.
Took a look at the budk offer and thinking it might just be a good shot.
While budk has a sketchy quality history. These mess kits have come in bulk from pretty much the same supply sources.
They are well built and robust so not alot to go wrong. All of the ones I have are of surplus quality. So no factory fresh quality there.
If someone over there does grab one from budk.
Please do a review on here so others can get an idea of the quality of the product.
