Saw these for under $30, so I couldn't resist. Let you know how they work out in a week or so.

Looks like a handy item if you want to attach a light or laser.

OK, got em, installed em. If you have amb safeties on your .45, be prepared to do a minimal amount of relief to backside of the right grip. Overall, they feel good in the hand, shoot well.

I already figured out that the .45 ain't real popular with some on the site, that's why there's chocolate and vanilla. But for those who are, I'll go ahead and answer about the pistol...... Caspian commander slide, Caspian ss receiver, Wilson Combat auto match barrel/bushing, Ed Brown match sear, Ed Brown hardcore ss barstock hammer, Ed Brown tactical safety, Ed Brown memory grove beavertail, Practical Shooting deluxe completion kit, Novak sights and Ed Brown videki national match trigger.

Now I need to start shopping a light and a new holster.  Also gonna check into that cerakote.

Very nice. Only laser I have used is aViridian X5L on a HK mk 23. Works great, is bright enough, green laser is very easy to see, and best of all you don't have to dismount the unit to change batteries, just unscrew the light bezel. I think viridian makes holsters that activate the light or laser when you draw.

I remember that I had a debate on line with Shawn from MrL&L fame about hanging a light on your secondary. His position was that, "Bad things happen in the dark."

I have several friends who are in Reserves or on active duty who LOVE lights hanging from their secondary. Primarily in CBQ situations.

Let us know (I know you will) about your journey down this road.
