Sig Cross Rifle .308

Have been working with 2 of these and really like them. Wish they offered them with a 1-8 twist instead of 1-10", to handle Atomic 260 gr suppressed rounds.
Barrel has a taper lock profile which works great with my Q half Nelson. also includes a seat/ring that provides a 90 degree shoulder for other suppressor designs as well as a thread protector. Very light weight, and the folding stock is a plus. The m lok forearm is ok but can be wrapped with wool to truly deaden all sound from it when going thru timber. One is setup with a trijicon 1-6 vcog, horseshoe (best ever), the other has a swarovski 1.7-10, also good for timber.
Magazines are single stack aics type and magpul makes 5 and 10 rounders. Trigger is pretty sweet and has a AR-15 type safety. Rifle does not come with a sling point on the forearm, but does come with a push button type in the stock that can be changed to the other side. Only real drawback is that the bolt handle cannot be locked unless the stock is folded.
These will be great truck and hog guns, as well as easily fitting in a backpack or discrete case.
One other thing, one is black and the other has the first lite camo coating. Had to clean the action of coating chips, small but still a nuisance, so would not get another coated one.
Accuracy is as expected from a quality product. GGG surplus works well but these shine with hornady superformance 168's and 178's.
