I'm a fan of "The Paper Street Soap Company" myself.

I'm just teasing I go to those types of places too... the only way to get decent string with some tensile strength.
you might even notice some of my sewing skilZ on those ACU's.

Joanne fabrics is GREAT!

I will not hesitate going there especially with the customer service I get from the sales ladies when there. They really tend to cater to my needs.

I have purchased fabrics for curtains (Yes I sew...I was taught by my Grandmother and it has come in handy over the years especially repairing sails) and I buy my pillow ticking stripe fabric there for patching when shooting the flintlock. .023 thickness patch + .526 pure lead round ball + 80 gr FFF = A very accurate lead pill traveling at ~1,600 fps at muzzle.
