I was iffy running chinese made plates with a non NIJ rating, but American made plates that do the same thing cost three times as much.

Check these out as well. They are more expensive, but far from a high price. Also they are Level IV stand alone and made of UHMPW (they float).

What is nice about those plates Chris is that you do not need to buy a soft Kevlar panel to put between you and the plate. It is included. This will save ya' a few bucks.

The Missus & I like these plates. A little bit of colour on the table and easy to clean.
