Title: Is Italian "Vegetato" Camo a suitable Multicam Replacement?
Post by: Deathstyle on December 15, 2011, 08:56:21 PM: I think Multi-Cam works best in my AO but I'm hesitant to walk around wearing the same uniform as our military for numerous reasons. I've always been told that the environment in my area is very similar to Italy, so I looked up what the Italian military wears.

At times I think it looks similar to Multi-Cam and then other time looks closer to Woodland camo.

Post by: Deathstyle on December 15, 2011, 11:54:36 PM: Here is more. Apparently there is a dark version and a lighter version known as "Multi-Land" but alot of people call both of them "VEGETATO", including vendors.

I'd support ATACS, American company, first. Just my opinion.

Do you guys remember the pic's Burt posted of Israelie women in uniforms? I wish I had saved the one were the two gals were at the coffee shop ordering a latte with their BR's slung over their backs.

I miss TCS man... He put out a lot of Good info and kept it real quite a bit.
