Pretty new. Anyone use it? Anyone have any experience with it?

IMO, go with the PIG from SKDTAC.  That's what I run and love it.  I'll see if I can't post a picture or two.

I have a great vest already, I was just thinking about upgrading the wifes setup.

Looks good, and TT has had a good reputation for quality.

Another alternative is the TAG Banshee plate carrier.

It's pretty close to the same thing at half the cost.   Ran around at the range last weekend with it and almost forgot I had it on.

Everyone has LW carrier now.

Not always.  I'd call this one an exception to the rule.
