This guy and all of his website seems to have much to offer and with a quick overview knows what he is talking about.  And that guy is around 100 miles from JM so he can bring the beer.

But I hate the comments on things like that.  Some of them just stick with you.

For example:  Can you recommend a filling porridge for when you forage for cordage?

borage porridge is my courage whilst i forage for cordage.
but have no fear because beer is peer when watching for deer - their tracks lead to flax.
so don't get stuck on a stick when a tree is free but jute only grows as high as my knee (if i was a ten foot brute).

sorry all, it was a long day at work.
i like Mr. Townsends channel.  He has some really good vids on building mud ovens and how to preserve and cook foods over a fire.

Apology not accepted.  I will be considering flax and sacks and tax and hacks and deer and beer and deer and steer and socks and rocks and stones and bones and all else you mentioned for too long a time to think of a rhyme.
