Special-k, you couldnt be more right. Think of the HK VP9. All of the reviews were beyond great....finally an HK for the people. I got one and felt it was superb, accurate, with a great out of the box trigger. More and more however it has some shortcomings that make it less than ideal as a duty gun or something that you may need to rely on no questions asked. It is still great if all you do is go to the range, but if you use your guns hard in all elements and conditions and expect it to work no matter what you may want to consider going another direction. Not the very unpolished turd that the R51 was but still something to consider.
I may get one to try out but it will ned to have a ton more use, time and testing before I would declare this to be another option to Glock or M&P.
