« on: August 18, 2017, 12:04:00 PM »
Thinking about letting this guy go for $1650. Is anyone interested in something like this?

BCM upper and lower. Trijicon that the USMC uses on their 20" rifles. Knights armament rail, foregrip, and extra panels. Matech BUIS.

That's a very nice piece of equipment.  Unfortunately, I'm not allowed to play with nice toys like that, here behind the Socialist curtain.

Just a friendly reminder to all. In ~45 states it is legal to sell a firearm private citizen to private citizen. I know folks who ONLY buy a firearm this way.

If anybody needs a destination to make a sale I am mostly at the half way point for many of the forum members.

But ONLY when both parties to the sale are residents of the same state.  Cross state lines and you need an FFL involved.

How do you find out if it's legal in your state?

What state are you in?  Vast majority permit those.

And if the deal crosses state lines, get an FFL involved.  If they will do the trade paperwork and receive it in the mail from seller its legal.

Most will require a transfer from an originating state FFL to receiving state FFL for sale to happen.
