New kydex development
« on: June 08, 2013, 01:51:04 AM »
I am thinking about launching a custom kydex line tailored to the needs of fellow forum members at much more reasonable prices than what you can get elsewhere, especially in a group buy. Kydex is offered in numerous colors and camo patters to match your gear, even multicam. If it can be molded, I'll make it! I set the rivets using an arbor press over the hammer and pray method. Also finished edges are sanded smooth fallowed by polishing.  What do you guys think?

I can do that. What do you have in mind? Where would it be mounted to? Vest? Belt? Side of shotgun?

On a belt up to 2". Maybe 5 shells as close together as possible. Also give it a slight curve so it sits against the hip snug. What would something like that run me?

How much for an inside the waist band holster for a glock full frame, 2" belt, forward cant and a moderate sweat guard?

Hey man, how have you been?

Base price starts at $45 (or $51 shipped) for the .060" kydex which includes J hooks make from .125 kydex or belt loops to specified width, cant and sweat guard tailored to your specs, and convertibility from an inside to an outside the waistband holster (please add $7 for belt loops for conversion). If you would like soft loops in either rubber or leather, than can be done as well but must be ordered which will reflex the final cost.

I happen to own the 7 inch serrated USMC profile blade. If it is that one, you wont needed to send it in for forming as I can make it right away, serrated or not.  When you are ready, just let me know and I will have it done quickly.
