Interesting site that has 70 links to HOWTO's.
Have fun!
-
LOL. I was all prepared to "have fun"! But it turned out to be difficult without the link. Now I'm saying to myself, I know there is a site with 70 How To's for my preps out there somewhere, but how do I find it? Google, maybe. But then the NSA would know that I'm looking for it. Wow, I'm not having any fun at all. In fact JM, this let down after becoming so excited has most likely ruined my whole day.
You can believe that, or maybe I'm just affectionately busting your chops. lol.
Regards.

Lol Kbop! That's amazing, who knew? So before you use this google thing do you have to go to like a google page or something?
Just playing. ;)
Thanks for going to the effort. I was content to just sit back and wait on JM.
It does look like an interesting website.

JM is the man but keep in mind he is a yankee so foul ups come with the territory round here.

What??? JM is a Yankee?!?!?!? :o Tell me it's not true! Wait. I do seem to recall that once he said he owned a Land Rover. My God, your right! Maybe it's the beard that through me. Makes him look kind of home grown. :lmfao:
-
Careful now, if he has the Land Rover, he's done turned into a yuppie yankee. Or yankee yuppie, dunno which is worse. 2 strikes at the beginning. Gotta keep an eye on him for sure.
Nemo :zombie: <--- see, got the big eye on him now!

LOL.....
Love the talk about Land Rovers.
Talk about different cultures here.
Being an American living in the UK I REALLY had a laugh on that one.
Here if you own a Used Land Rover Discovery or Defender you are the UK equivalent of a Red Neck.
Yet If I you were to buy a Chevy 4x4 you would be a wanna-be Red Neck. Yuppy with to much money.
Me myself. I am planning on getting an ex-British Army Land Rover Defender 110 in the near future. I guess you can take the Red Neck out of Texas, yet I am still a Red Neck.
Cheers all.

I HAVE NEVER OWNED A LAND ROVER! Now I did once own a Daihatsu Rocky (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Daihatsu_Rocky) though
Thanks for watching my six Kbop due to my senior moment.
Gee willakers...Land Rover indeed... Indeed. Next I will be accused of wearing boat shoes, madras shorts and a pink Izod polo shirt with the collar turned up! :suicide:

Don't bad mouth the Land Rover.
Check out the non-turbo Ex-military Defenders. They are built to last BIG time.
BTW.... no computer stuff on those engines. Hell they even have a slot in the grill so you can hand crank them to start them.
Just a few thoughts.

In Oz there's a healthy rivalry between Landrover and Landcruiser, it's been said...
Both the Landcruiser and the Landrover will take you anywhere, but if you want to get home again buy a Landcruiser.
No prize for guessing which one I have :)
-
Dunno, which one? I cannot figure out the clue. Do nomads have a home? I thought they just wandered from water hole to water hole with a camel or toe.

LOL! Sorry JM about the Land Rover thing. My memory must be fading in my old age.

LOL Sledge  All in good fun...

Modern nomads have a home, usually on wheels, in my case it's a 6x6 Army truck, but then I've always liked going over the top with my toys :)
