I'm looking for something that
-can jump start the majority of vehicle engines

I have three different power packs.  I have one that I built using SLA batteries and a solar charge controller, this pack is kept on a battery maintainer all the time, but it as the option to connect to portable solar panels.  I have two others that are kept in Faraday enclosures. One is lithium jump start pack from Harbor Freight.  The price is reasonable and it gets good reviews.  I also have a first generation Revolt armored battery system from Hardened Power Systems: https://www.portableuniversalpower.com/revolt-g2/ (https://www.portableuniversalpower.com/revolt-g2/)  It's a pricey battery pack, but it works very well.

i use xantrex power pack on the job - somewhat pricey but they last a long time.
1500W built in modified sine 12VDC lugs and a lighter plug.  they are spendy but have been pretty solid for me.  https://www.amazon.com/Xantrex-802-1500-PowerPack-non-spillable-51-connector/dp/B001O294ZU/ref=pd_lpo_sbs_23_t_0?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1&refRID=ET5NT2GP65Z6CKZJBP8J (https://www.amazon.com/Xantrex-802-1500-PowerPack-non-spillable-51-connector/dp/B001O294ZU/ref=pd_lpo_sbs_23_t_0?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1&refRID=ET5NT2GP65Z6CKZJBP8J)
