Good read.

Author didn't have her head up her butt when she wrote this. She does have expensive taste though.

Id bet her costs that anyone here could put together bags for 7 days for 5 people for what she is spending.

But she does have the right idea.

Interesting article, worth reading, but on top of the list I would have put a water filter as number one.
You need to drink everyday (quantity depends on climate). Otherwise, you start having problems with your kidneys.
And 3 days without drinking, you've got very serious medical problems!
I also like the Lifestraw  https://goo.gl/5BTG2W (https://goo.gl/5BTG2W) this filter got a LOT of good reviews (marketing ? may be... but the specs are really good) and I used it a few times and it works really well  :fuckYeah:
Now, regarding the price in this article, you can get much cheaper  :trolling:

I have 2 of those in each bag.  And 2 in the bag under the back seat in the truck.

264 gals, thats a LOT of water through a straw. I wonder if there is some sort of warning or color change to indicate life expectancy of the straw
