There was a similar build on "Sons of Guns"....AK with integrated silencer.

Kind of looks like or it might be a variant of the VSS Vintorez that fires the Russian 9x39 sub sonic round. There is the .300 blackout that is similar that functions in the AR but could be adapted to the AK. I think I heard something about Mark at Krebs custom guns was doing just that.
