In this issue- Expedient Sheltering in Radiological Emergencies.  Hmmm, wondering if they know something...

I would link it, as its a free article for downloading, but the chrome extension won;t allow it.  TACDA is a decent source of general info-if you ignore their thankfully infrequent political stances.

Oh, hey thanks.  I am reading through their site right now.  Their 'ham radio' and communications section is paultry at best, and YES , naturally, that was the first place that I looked.  ;-)
