Looking for a machinist w/ a metal lathe

I need something pretty simple that doesn't seem to exist (correct me if I'm wrong)?a threaded pin valve that a CO2 or compressed air tank like those used in paintball can screw into, with the other side threaded to match standard plumbing pipes.

Anyone?
