Cute!  I've always wanted some alpacas, but the spousal unit always says no.

My wife is a fiber working woman.  we have a llama a few alpacas and sheep.
not too many bears and no wolves so the llama replaces the LGD.

the alpacas are funny critters.

How long did it take you to learn to not piss off a llama while you are standing right in front of it? People who know about llamas know what I'm talking about. :lmfao:

i have two jackets with 'racing stripes' one from the llama, one from an alpaca.

i found out the hard way that alpacas can kick sideways.   :o

I've been told that they are related to Camels and will spit you a face full of snot if you piss them off. :lmfao:
