Trying to add some variation to my long term food prep.

Good video, Currahee! I sent for a free sample, and we got something like a stroganoff thing. It was pretty good. I had all in the family try it. They all liked it.

Thanks for doing this Currahee! Good video thanks in part to your camera crew  ;)

One question and two comments.

How long did it take for the meat to reconstitute?
I think if one were to add to their grab & go buckets with meat, a couple of bullion cubes or packets to add some
  additional flavor.
I loved the function you used (Spinning frame) between the scenes.

Good video Currahee. Definitely a good idea to supplement the other preps. The wife and I tried one of their alfredo packets, and thought it was pretty tasty all on it's own.

From the time the water started steaming to scooping it out was about 10 minutes total.

Glad you like the vid.

I didn't watch the video (million things to do today) but just wanted to point out in case it wasn't mentioned?the shelf life on the freeze-dried meat is shorter than on their other products.
