Cheese
« on: March 14, 2024, 04:55:03 PM »
My Wisconsin 10 year old Cheese arrived today. Did I just put it away in the frig? Nope. I tore into it to see if it was as good as I hoped. That stuff is amazing. Hmmm.... How do I compare it? Well, we've been buying Cabots Seriously Sharp cheese and its fine. Now, this cheese that arrived today is about 5 times better. The one thing that I'm going to have to get used to is the price. Damn!! $80 for 2 pounds and that includes the shipping. The only way I can describe the taste is, when you bite it, it bites you back. It also has a slight cheesy aroma. The only negative is going to be who gets the last bite when it's all gone. That's when the fight is going to break out.

If you need a second magazine, its time to call in air support.

God created Man, Col. Sam Colt made him equal, John Moses Browning turned equality to perfection, Gaston Glock turned perfection into plastic fantastic junk.

Nemo: The only difference between the White and the Yellow is the Yellow has a dye added. I went with the White.

The top was a 10 year, the lower one a 4 year.

Is $10 a pound worth 6 years?

Yep Nemo: The more years, the stronger the taste. I bought 2 pounds and have turned into a Cheeseaholic. I've just about killed off one pound in just a few days.

Oh, No! I just finished off the 1st pound of Chedder Cheese and just opened the second pound. I think I've become a Chedder Cheese Addict. I'll let you know if I get totally stupid and order another $80 worth of it. It may call for a Cheese intervention. :lmfao:

Just let me know, I will come over and save you from it all.  I can chain you to a tree and either eat it all myself or carry it away.

So stock up soon!  My F150 and trailer can take about 4 tons.  Really stock up!
