So you thought you knew how to cook bacon. A real bacon lover will be able to smell the bacon cooking watching this video. YUM

That tells me everything I have learned or done cooking bacon was wrong.
I will try many of the methods there. They all look better than my cooking.
I shared with my wife. She cooks better bacon than I.
She was concerned about the cold cast iron for starting but will consider it. She says all cast iron needs pre-heated. She cooks with nothing but cast iron. All in this house was cast before Pearl Harbor. It makes a difference.

It was a great video and I'll be experimenting too. Cold cast iron, thats a new one on me too. I am surprised she didnt mention canning bacon?
