Good and bad!

 The good is I won a contest for a 21 1/2qt pressure caner. I haven't received it yet but the picture looks like it could take on a tank and win.
 The bad is my wife said "Don't expect me to do any canning". We'll see what happens. Her affliction of Terminal Normalsy Bias is starting to cure with me reading Lights Out and the TV news talking about an EMP she is starting to get nervous. She won't admit anything but I've noticed more and more canned goods, more than normal in the pantry.

grizz, specific Canning Section, no. However in the DIY section there are several related subjects folks have started.
