Anyone eat them?  Just discovered they are great.   Per the article, not my palate.

Yes. In Mass., NH., and RI they are a delicacy. You can buy them in a farmers market or go out and harvest your own. Many people who harvest their own have secret Fiddlehead locations that they guard with their life.

By the way, I like them.

A few decades ago when I was backpacking a lot in the Sierra's I are them.  Very good
