10 inches of rain

The other day we got 10in of rain and a lot of wind. My poor Amaranth. They're 6 feet tall and took a beating. The large flower heads were bent over so I put a splint on each of them. They're just about ready to produce seeds. I bought (BRAIN FART) seeds and I paid 10cents each.(ORGANIC  That's the word I was looking for). I hope they make it. Any hints or helps?

Yeah, the rain can be a beast - either through too much or not enough.  Hope your amaranth survives!
