Radio Signature Management

The U.S. Marine Corps has produced a document regarding managing radio signature, it's available here: http://www.2ndbn5thmar.com/EMCON/EP%20EMCON%20SOP.pdf    It could be useful to those who wish to minimize their presence in the radio spectrum.

     The Marines' basic premise is: “To be detected is to be targeted is to be killed.”
