Title: Digital VHF and UHF

Hmmmmm...... Since I'm new to this digital thing, I have a couple of questions to anyone who is using digital. I figured out how to write code plugs and have programmed my HT and have talked to two of my friends through our local digital repeater. Now, what I want to know is what is going on when the Green light comes on but there is no sound coming out of the radio. I've set it to Worldwide, USA, and Statewide. I not hearing squat.
