Poor mans Dr Sholl's

Wear one set of dress socks, cover the high friction areas of your feet (heel, big toe, outer web, base of the toes) than cover that with a cotton sock and carefully insert in boot.

This saved my feet in basic guys, it works...

lol, funny story to that. I was whats called a Split op.  ( do your own research I'm not explaining it ) Well I had two separate basic and AIT's well after a hard lesson at basic when I came back for AIT I brought along Womens panty hose.
They work great as well.
