Title really says it all, but I want to point out something possibly significant here. The bill's original funding was $32k and now has been cut to $16k. $16k to work on an emergency plan for a state 568,000 people? Call me crazy, but it seems like a publicity stunt. I mean really, what kind of think tank task force do they think $16k can buy them? ::)

sounds more like wyoming is getting ready to tell the feds to fuck off than they are to turn on their people

Come on man. Think about it. $16k isn't enough to pay one high school grad for a year of fulltime work at minimum wage. What kind of study do you think it'd pay for? I'd almost bet my left nut it's a publicity stunt to try and attract preppers to Wyoming.

wyoming is already badass enough to get preppers to go there....

The 16K isn't nearly enough for a full time task force. But perhaps they plan on doing a one time consultancy and then disseminate the plan the consultant comes up with to state and town officials. 16k might cover something of that nature.

lol with 16k you could get one Barrett rifle and a couple cans full of API ammo.
and it's gone.
Poof it's gone! (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RAKsMnAM8vk#ws)
