While we all were fiddling away with life this past seven days or so I wonder how many know of what is happening in Syria with Russia, Turkey, and Iran?
Okay, okay yes we have all seen Syria's recent gas attack on its citizens but what really is going on. What I see is as follows:
1) The Russian sanctions are putting a nice hurt on the Oligarchy there.
2) Since January, the Ruble has been in the sewer running at or below ₽60- per US dollar.
3) Turkey, with Russia and Iran's blessing, has invaded Northern Syria with the goal to eliminate the
Kurds.
4) The USA is in Yemen along with Saudi Arabia battling Iran. We have been there in an advisory role
since Mr. Obama was President.
5) Israel attacked Syria over the weekend.
6) Trump going to the UN Security Council concerning the gas attack in Syria this weekend. If
nothing happens we know that Trump will retaliate.
7) As many as 200 Russian Mercenaries taken out by US air power in February.
8) Many closed meeting's between Iran, Russia, and Turkey within the past six months.
9) US missile attack on Syria this past spring.
The list of facts and events is just getting bigger which I am afraid will not bode well sooner than later.

It looks like "Alas Babylon" is becoming reality. Anyways, Russia isn't doing well financially, the entire country can be economically compared to the state of Texas. Putin would like to make Russia a world power again, in any fashion possible. Meanwhile, we have a major trade war brewing with China, and opposing fleets facing off in the South China Sea. It's starting to look like opposing sides are also being formed in the Middle East.
Personally, I'm going to keep most of my electronics in faraday enclosures until tensions ease a bit. I would also suggest topping off on any needed items, just in case. I'm really interested to see how Trump decides to respond to the chemical attack, if it actually occurred.

Good point Jackalope! If anything happens it will be sooner than later especially with the new news that Trumps lawyer was hit with shock troops this morning.
I fear that things are closing in on the Administration whether it be domestically or in other parts of the globe.
Now to your point Jackalope, maybe the gas attach was a false flag attack or didn't even happen.
It is sad that we can not trust the media or our government to give us the truth.

The democrats have been pushing for Trump to start WWIII. Alkida (spelling) who are waiting in the wings did it so Trump could diminish Assad's air force. Trump is smart to stay away.
Then again I wouldn't put it past our CIA to be involved.
