Looks like some Trump protesters have breached the U.S. Capital building. Law makers have been directed to shelter in place.

There are not enough police to control this crowd. I suspect the NG will be called out.

I just learned that under each law makers chair is an escape kit. One of the items in the kit is a gas mask. They have been instructed to put them on. I suspect, police and or NG will start using gas and storm the building.

I am surprised that shots have not rung out. I suspect they will shortly. Maybe this is the first day of the Boogaloo.

DoD just denied a request by D.C. to deploy National Guard to U.S. Capitol!...

So, no NG. Just the Capital Police along with DC Metro Police.

As darkness comes to DC, I wonder if AntiFa and BurnLootMurder Inc. come out of the shadows and quick hit & run attacks happen upon any Trump supporter?

Independent protester just reported that Capital Police shot a lady in the neck. I think the man who reported on the shooting, said it was a staffer. I wonder how the Capital Police will spin that one?

Rep. Kevin McCarthy was just on Fox News speaking rather harshly about the protesters. I am sorry, these swamp dwellers GOP and DEM's need to be taken down a couple notches.

Looks like the steps of the U.S. Capital building are clearing.

The report earlier of the DoD refusing the deployment of NG troops is earlier wrong or things have changed. Fox News just reported "NG is on its way".

Relatively speaking, this has been a non violent protest. With the exception of some broken windows to gain entry, there was no vandalism. Yes it is reported that a lady was shot in the neck by Capital Police that was it.

Now, what happens when it is time to clear the steps to the U.S. Capital building by the NG? That is where some folks could get hurt.

It would be interesting post this drama, to hear how many folks will be arrested with info 'they' gathered from protesters cell phones. Especially, folks who entered the People House? Stand-by.

The woman shot was unarmed Trump supporter - at the hospital now

If it was antifa or blm you would see much more violence and destruction - This is mostly Trump supporters and it is peaceful

EDIT: they may have been antifa or blm, I doubt we will ever know for sure

Can you say "SHTF"? This will all go away very quickly or this will end up being the "Firing on Fort Sumpter". I don't see any middle ground. Those narcissistic assholes in Washington who think that they should be worshipped better take a big spoonful of REALITY and get this under control because if they don't none of them will be safe from the general public.

If this thing escalates, you will see tons of locals having meetings with their local Government officials and they will be demanding to know if the they stand with the corrupt government or if they stand with the people.

The woman was identified as Ashli Babbit, a 14 year veteran of the USAF and a huge Trump supporter. Her husband said that “she was a strong supporter of President Trump, and was a great patriot to all who knew her.”
