I'm dumbfounded!  This is unbelievable.  How the hell can something like this happen in this country.  I don't know if this guy is guilty of his accused crimes or not.  Either way, threatening to taser him if he says anything the prosecutor doesn't like is approaching insanity in a supposedly free society.

The Supreme Court would almost "have to overturn" any conviction.  But would they?

WTF?!??!  You have to be kidding me, no way that is real, and no way that is happening in America.  That is just unbelievable, how can that tyrant still be allowed to sit on the bench?!?!?!   :o ???

i don't know man... I just subbed MOX news and those dudes have a knack for finding the gems... this was one of the first vids I watched, lol. I had a hard time believing it myself...

it figures that Freedom Watch is the only mainstream program to mention it.

What about NYCPD randomly stopping drivers? What if they actually found something? It would get thrown out as an illegal search.
