Marine, NYC Subway, Allegedly strangled, restrained, crazy acting drug addict, who ultimately died, found NOT GUILTY.

Shocking verdict but the right one

The crazies are threatening riots over this, it will be an interesting next few days

Celebrating! Thankful the jury held the line. It was heartwarming to see Daniel Penny smile. Happy for him.

Like everyone else here, I was glad to learn that he was acquitted. In my opinion, he should never have been charged.

Next will come costly civil lawsuits. Either way, his life will never be the same.

The Not Guilty verdicts are a pleasant surprise.  OTOH, the 'burn it all down' nonsense is entirely predictable.  Frankly, it's probably about time to make rioting arsonists afraid.  As for the mods, who are not quite shootable, we do have sonic and RF crowd dispersion weapons which would make them leave.  Point the microwave dish at the mob, and set for a 1000 pound hog, wait for the DING! saying that dinner is cooked: problem solved. Extra points if it causes mass sterility ( like the 4B movement  hahahaha )
