Bill O'Reilly and Tucker Carson claim they have the inside scope that President Biden is going to back out of the 2024 Presidential election.
They both state that the DEM Party just has to work out the details of the transfer of delegates from Biden to "X".
If this is accurate, I suspect that Giggles will get the nod as she is a black women and the DEM's do not want to alienate female black voters.
Correct me Nemo (AP's legal beagle) to make this work with few hiccups, Biden needs to resign as President. Giggles is sworn in and then legally his delegates can be transferred from him to her without much political fuss.
Side note, I suspect that the DEM's have accepted that they have lost the Presidential election at this point and will focus ($$$$) on maintaining the majority in the Senate and taking control of the House. The propaganda will be,
"Trump will pick up the Presidency and to protect democracy against the orange man, we must hold both branches of the legislature".

Dunno. Not that smart on election law.
There are reports Whitmer in MI has advised Dems in general Michigan is now lost. Dem support is gone and that state needs wrote off. She has denied that, but the reports are there.
A large majority of people vote a straight ticket. I suspect that if Biden steps out Dems will lose a fair number of seats in the House and 4-7 in the Senate. Harris is pretty much the only candidate up for the opening. Anyone else will lose enough of the Black vote to get in and she will drive off enough of the independent vote to realistically hope for winning.
Thats my guess anyway.

The way I understand election law on this issue is,
> Biden cannot just give away his delegates or election money unless it is to a sitting President who replaced him.
The reasoning is that he was nominated by the will of the people. To do otherwise would be to give the finger to
the people who nominated you.
> The VP can assume Presidential duties if the current one dies in office or resigns ala Nixon/Ford.
> The newly made President announces who his new VP will be and that person must be vetted in the Senate not
unlike a Supreme Court Justice. The last time this happened was by President Ford and he gave the node to
Nelson Rockefeller. In theory Giggles will nominate her replacement after she is sworn in. It will probably be the
party though behind the scenes.
This is another reason why Giggles will get the nod with Newsom getting the nod for VP.
Now with this all written, who's to say that the Democrat party will follow the law. ;)

Also keep in mind a court determined that Gavin Newsom?s wife was not sexually assaulted by Harvey Winstein. She willingly slept with him to further her career :faint:
And it didn?t pay off as she had to stoop to marrying Newsom for some type of status. Yes Gavin?s wife is so much a harlot she willingly banged Harvey Weinstein and then his sloppy seconds married Gavin :lmfao:
