Title: Militia Group Captures Illegal ''s in New Mexico

Sadly such success will cease quickly.. As son as the illegals figure out these men wont shoot them if they walk away they wont be able to bag them again.. ???

Tim Foley of Arizona Border Recon figured out a way. Alot of these "humanitarians" helping the cartels in the desert were exempted from Federal prosecution because they were providing humanitarian aid. He hijacked their tactics and carries extra food and water for humanitarian reasons. The cartels know this and while some run, he pursues and catches who he can but most simply surrender.
