 Everyone is talking about the distant future, if CWII will happen or a monetary collapse but no one is talking about NOW. Like when will William Barr  is confirmed and when he is will he go after the Clinton's and the rest of the bunch. Will he go after the Pee Pee dossier and indict those who pushed it.
 A lot and I mean a lot of democrats have not payed their taxes and what about those who lied to congress.
 No one has seen or heard about Justice Ginsburg, is she still alive. There is a rumor that she is on life support somewhere in the mid-west
 Mueller is supposed to be winding up his witch hunt and I believe that if he is he will turn it in shortly before Barr is confirmed. 

 What,s the sense of prepping if you don't know what is happening now and if you keep looking down the road you might get run over by the events now.

I think you are correct to pay close attention to what's happening now. I personally think we are very close to all kinds of bad things happening. It doesn't matter if you look at it Logically, Biblically, Historically, or whatever. I'm pretty prepared for most things but its impossible to prepare for everything. There are always warning events before bad things happen. The first battle of the Civil War was fought in 1858 in Kansas. Say what? The Civil War didn't even begin until 1861. That's right and the first battle was fought before any of the states left the Union. I forget the details, but as I recall, a military group from Missouri went into Kansas and fought another Military group from Kansas. I'm old as Hell, but just in case something happens before I pass on, I'll be in better shape than most others. If something happens after I'm gone, my family is aware of my preparations and will have the advantage of making use of them. I see many things happening today that are evil and are called good and I see things that are good and are called evil. That lines up with perfectly with the Bible teaching about the "End Times".

Thats part of the reason I started prepping a fair number of years ago.  So I was ready down the road but also relatively so along the way there.

Just look at the evil that passed that states assembly and approved by the states governor - Infanticide. All though voted down in VA., in two more years there will be another election and mark my words, Baal worship will win out there too. RI and CA., will be next.

 I'm to old to look to far into the future, I'll be 78 in March.
 The only way we can change anything is with our vote but we have to know who not to vote for.

At 62, I am a young'em compared to you.  With that written, I do understand where you are coming from. It is VERY frustrating to me also, that obvious crooks, charelton, and Baal worshipers are never brought to justice.

     I agree with PK that I think it's going to turn to shit quickly.  We're already seeing the beginnings with the shooting of the congress critters at that softball practice a couple of years ago.  The fake testimony against Kavanaugh was another indicator.  The Left is using everything they can to overpower the Right.  In these days of instantaneous communications news travels too fast, and especially fake news.
