Should the day arrive when real investigation and blind-folded lady justice holds sway... a significant budget will be required to process those appropriately sentenced for RICO and outright Treason convictions.

The list was copied from traffic that I extracted from FLDIGI. When I looked at the link that was contained in the report, I didn't see the list either.
