Hey guys, long time no see
Just noticed excurrahees YTchannel is down and his website is gone. I remember he posted here but a quick search didnt give any results.
Also thehighdesertpioneer, former active marine who was at bundy ranch, announced his channel was being halted. For unrelated reasons im sure but weird.

Good to read you again Deathstyle. I suspect there is a lot of wandering and competition for limited time, assorted projects, and generally speaking life gets in the way reasons for the comings and goings. Probably more than a few, myself included have been stepping up some of the upcoming party preps and doing some local intelligence gathering and meatspace networking. I'm dropping some time at a local range and will probably be involved with some improvements on it to the tune of a 1 mile :drool: lane.

I traded emails with Currhee last evening.
Bottom-line, he started a new and better job so he has not had extra time to participate on our or other sites he is members of. He also told me months ago that his site was going under some development so I speculate he took everything down to work on new video's and "stuff."
With that written, to get and hold the new job he has pulled back from posting on social media. As he becomes more secure in his new job/position he will join us again.
I can not speak for Currhee however I have several friends that have been promoted at the company they worked at or have new jobs that require little to no participation in Social Media. I do not know if this is the case however probably prudent in Currhee's case.
If you check in Currhee, Congratulations on your new job! :thumbsUp:

But, I do hope you'll get your site back up. You just don't know how valuable the info you put time into has helped, nor by how many folks.

I don't have a website, but once I graduate and am certified as a respiratory therapist, I will have to shut down my Facebook. My uncensored political views and humor won't necessarily be well received by potential employers. ;D

Smart idea there. Or at least have a basic generic one. No politics. So you can market yourself (no, not hooking) and socialize in the RT world. I suspect there is alot of that out there.
Wife and I do not do facebook. Never have, prolly never will but she mentioned it a bit back. Her kids do it, brother and sister and such. Same for my family (no, no kids) so she kinda feels left out of the contact loop.
Hate facebook idea but may have to give in to keep the peace.

I use Facebook for news a lot, since I don't have cable, and since I don't want to plug in to just one or two news sources.

I plan to start putting new stuff up around Christmastime.

you can always change your name /email and put them back up.
There is nothing illegal in them.
I work for the .gov but have not changed my internet presence.

I just thought about it and I am about 4 hours southwest of Currahee. I might just have to go climb that hill. Its not real far at all and likely in a real nice state park wife and I have been thinking about visiting for a long weekend.
If I can make that happen, I shall do the 3 miles up, 3 miles down, but take about 8 times the time to do so.

On another note: I will drop Currahee a PM to find out what he is up too and maybe lure him back to UP. ;)
The last we chatted, he was planning on 'keeping on the low' (Out of sight) for awhile as he had a new job that may have frowned on his hobby.
