Baal Worship in New York - Soon to come to your state

With the recent infanticide law passed in New York, it looks like other states are trying to follow. Specifically, California, Rhode Island, Vermont, and Virginia come immediately to mind. 

I try to stay off the subject of abortion as the lines are clearly drawn between the pro and anti camps so why and try to change someones mind on this subject; However, an abortion in the trimester of ones pregnancy and even infanticide post a birth, in my eyes, is murder. I ask myself why? Can it be,

> Return to Hitler's experiments,
> Desire to sell body parts for profit,
> The resurfacing of Baal Worship, or
> Desensitizing the populous to euthanasia? 

In closing, I have to write that I am disgusted and disappointed with New York as a whole, for allowing this evil.

I could NOT believe that the VA Governor thought it prudent to give his opinion as openly as he did.

Also, Cuomo needs to be excommunicated. Simple as that. Disgusting stuff.

Because there are a lot of liberal Catholics who are Catholic in name only or because they are descendants of Irish or Italian Catholics and are only Catholic themselves because of family ties to it. They are liberal on a whole host of issues - immigration, radical Islam, abortion, and gay marriage to just name a few. They are more concerned with not rocking the boat.

There are those who defend and fight on the church's behalf - for example, I am a member of the Knights of Columbus and we are staunchly Pro-Life - but you would be shocked at how many half-assed and pansy Catholics are in the church.

As to why Cardinal Dolan won't, I bet it has something to do with not wanting to 1) upset the current power dynamics that may be beneficial to the church, and 2) not wanting to pick a fight at the time when the church is ripe for government scrutiny (whether that is right or wrong) concerning the abuse scandals.

Most of the traditional Catholics who are more hard line are pissed as hell about Dolan and pissed as hell about Pope Francis in general.

Italian Catholic liberals in North Jersey are exactly as you describe - 3rd/4th/5th generation. The overflow from New York brings the liberalism with them.

And I always answer people who call me an Italian-American that I am an American of Italian descent.  :)

    I'm not going to say too much, because I'm still behind the lines of oppression.  I have met Cuomo one on one on two occasions  He's a true politician, in every sense.  Some day he'll face God's judgement.

This will NOT devolve into a discussion of good/bad/pro/anti views of abortion.

What does anyones view have to do with some 17, 27, 35 year old woman in Podunk, Pickastate decide to do when she misses a pill, they don't work, or whatever reason.  Is that not a decision between her, daddy, doc and whatever supreme being she holds dear.  Without neighbor, state or government interference.

But don't forget the idea of ending a life.

Which is more important and which is the greater part of the idea of freedom.

Call me far Libertarian on that.

As far as the greaseball part, call me more Irish.  Great grandpappy (mom side) came through Ellis in the 1880s straight from there to Pittsburgh area.  Dads side took him from Switzerland/Germany area to Philly area and then west to Punxsutawney area.

I think regardless of any laws that are passed or who is appoint to SCOTUS, this will have to be resolved by a change in culture.


Having said that these late term abortions laws particularly the ones in N.Y. and Virginia are seriously fucked up.

I think its another thing that will pull the CWII closer and will be resolved by whoever is the victor. The culture will be written by the winner.

I think I heard on the news last night that the Virginia State legislature voted it down and told the Governor to go pound sand.

 Dan Bongino said on Fox last night that he was emailed this photo in 2018, I forget what month. He said he couldn't verify it so he didn't use it.
 He theorizes that the photo was leaked because he mentioned that in a late abortion if the infant is born they try to figure out how to end it's life.
 Two things here that he said that scares the h*ll out of the democrats is calling it an infant and how to kill it.
