Oh man, what were they thinking?  And announcing it to the world?  Not only will they have the CIA looking for them.  They are most likely going to have the Chinese and Russian secret services looking for them.  Maybe the Israeli's and Iranians as well. 

Don't you think that big time criminal organizations and independent operators would love to get their hands on these guys and sell them to the highest bidder.

They screwed up big time.  Talk about asking to be named most wanted.  Do you think any of the organizations listed above would think twice about putting the screws to their families or anyone else they thought might even remotely have a link to locating them?

I'll pass.  Some nerd thinks he's the biggest hero going and he's about to have a shit bomb dropped on his entire world.

I sometimes wonder if Anonymous is the C.I.A.

All these attacks give the Government more reasons to push for internet regulations and people claiming to be Anonymous have targeted Ron Paul and the UFC.

No way, anon is totally decentralized, it will be awfully damn hard to even damage them much less take them down, just about the only way to do it shut down the internet.

Look at it this way.

Are there real terrorists around the world that wish to cause death, chaos and, well... terror to "Western" countries?  Sure.
Are many of them backed materially/financially, trained, manipulated, ordered or at least manipulated by the CIA and similar to meet their own agendas?  YOU BET!

So I look at at LEAST a portion of Anonymous in the same light.  At it's inception and still it may be decentralized and how a multitude of members with no one person "in charge".  But this leaves a HUGE gap where alphabet soup types can come in under the Anon logo and cause mayhem for the sake of... FURTHERING THEIR OWN AGENDA!  Has Anon done some great things, YES.  Can we be certain sure that 100% of Anon is not working to further the usurpation of the rights of the American Citizenry? NO.

Remember Mulder, Trust NO ONE...  ;D
