"He's a Constitutionalist"

“I am, and it’s affirmative, there is [sic] weapons,” continued Officer 57. “He is – or at least was – anti-law enforcement. We’ve had issues with him. He’s a Constitutionalist.”

Equating a Constitutionalist as Anti-law enforcement tells me boat loads about this law enforcement officer.

I thought all peace officers were supposed to follow the Constitution, so shouldn't all peace officers also be Constitutionalist?  I'm confused.

As we have read the article and the following comments, both on Will's blog and Bonnie Gadsden's blog we have laughed and we have cried. Our hearts have filled with a sense of brotherhood and Love. Our egos got filled with indignation and guffawed at some of what was said. With an immediate follow-on thought of understanding that everyone is entitled to their opinion and the freedom to say it. Even if we disagree with it.

Yup its bogus. How can we learn from this to better protect ourselves from these criminals?.

(A) Dont answer the door. If they kick it in or setup a perimeter and demand you come out thats a whole new set of problems but in this case staying silent in the house may have made them go away.

(B) Dont get on their radar by using their worthless services if at all avoidable.

(C) Identify possible corrupt neighbors who call the thugs for the slightest thing.

(D) Dont do anything that may appear illegal such as growing tomatoes indoors like you would marijuana. Thats just their excuse to fuck with you.
