This will not affect the make-up of the SCOTUS as Breyer is an associate justice with a liberal interpretation of the Constitution. He will be replaced by the same. Maybe Garland. Maybe Hillary to get her out of "the picture" for 2024.

Now if Manchin goes over to the GOP side, then an appointment might get held up. Probably not though. Oh well, it is what it is.

My guess is michael obama to be the first trans, black, he/she/it to be nominated

I forgot who posted this scenario but here it is again...

1) Make Giggles the new Associate Judge to the Supreme Court.
2) Fill the VP slot with The Witch (Hillary).
3) Retire Pedo Joe due to health reasons.
4) The Witch becomes the first woman President by default.
5) Move a puppeteer into the new VP slot. Maybe John Kerry.

And do all of this before Labor Day to riel up the DEM base to get out and vote in the mid-term elections. I can see the banner now, "VOTE! Help out Hillary to keep Congress DEM". You do not want to do this to soon as you do not want the people who like her to figure out that she is just the 'new puppet' replacing the 'old puppet'.   :o

Now if The Witch does what she is told, she will get a second boxing match with Trump. "What is old is new again".  :lmfao:
