Movie "Warhorse One" Review

(1/1)

JohnyMac:
MrsMac and I watched a movie on a whim over on Prime last night. It was called "Warhorse One". It was free so I clicked on it during a search to watch.

In essence it was an old screen play of warrior survives downed aircraft. Works his way towards the evac point picks up a survivor of an ambush, a 5-year old girl in this case. He takes her and continues on their way to the evac site. Of course along the way the murderers of her family chase them through the badlands of Afghanistan.

Now what makes this movie good are the gunfights along the way between the SEAL and the Taliban. I will throw in too, there was some good dialog via radio and the TOC (Tactical Operations Center).

On a JohnyMac scale with a "5" being "The Last of the Mohicans", "Lone Survivor", or "Zulu" and a "1" being; you walk out of the theater even though it cost you $20- to watch. I would rate it a solid "4".

A "5" for firefights, comms, and the scenery and a "3" for the story line.

Well worth your time to watch. If you do post your thoughts on this post.
