Okay, now watch it again and watch Biden's forehead as he walks up to reporters. His forehead/hairline vanishes and then comes back into focus. Then watch as he steps up to the microphones. There is clearly an error in the 'frame rate'. Now relook at the twitter feed. See what I am writing about?
You typically see this daily when you watch the weather person in front of a green screen talking about your weather.
Last, there was no reports of Biden having a press conference or 'gaggle' with reporters on his walk March 16, 2021 to Marine 1, which took him to his home in Delaware.
