This book gives information for instances when there is a long term grid down disaster, or when you're in a remote location and professional medical assistance isn't available. It was written by a group of medical professionals, and several of the authors are ex-military special forces medics. It provides lots of illustrations and photos. The hardcover black and white edition sells for $29.25 USD. The book is available in other print formats, softcover, color, etc., but the color editions are over $100.00. At over 600 pages, the book is massive, but full of important information. The book doesn't substitute as a physician, but it could provide the information necessary to ensure the you or a loved one survives a medical emergency.
