My wife and I are recently retired from public service. We are greatly concerned where this country is heading and are hopeful and working to improve our position. We are constitutional conservative christians who believe in rightful liberty and God given rights.

As you will find, an eclectic group of preppers who span the political spectrum. Heck, we even have a witch that pops in on occasion.

The archives are full of 8-years of good stuff and often someone pulls out of them a post and a whole new discussion begins.

Do not be shy to jump in and offer advise if you know the answer to a question. Likewise, do not be hesitant asking for a clarification or question.

If you were in the Coast Guard (Semper Paratus) what ports-O'call did you find yourself in. I had a lot of CG friends when we lived in both Seattle, and Marina del Rey.

Where are you from. No street address is needed but something like South of Atlanta or middle of Kansas would be good. Just to give us an idea (if you are comfortable advising us) so some in your area may PM you or gain info for planned visits or pass throughs to such.
