From VCDL executive member Matt G. Lobby Day rally to be broadcast on WRVA radio, 1140 AM /96.1 FM. If you are at the event and outside the cordon, you can tune to your Baofeng to 96.1 by pressing and releasing the "call" button (on UV-5r it is top red button on side) that will flip the radio to FM mode and then type 96100 on the keypad. To go back to the ham channels press and release the call button again.
