AWESOME article Patriotman!
Your write-up nails the encryption/decryption far better than the instructions that comes with the OTP. I spent a few days coming up with a aide to do much of the work of adding or subtracting using Excel. The problem with that of course, the message will live on your computer post encryption/decryption; However, if you use a Brevity Matrix as part of the comm the additional layer of decryption will help a lot.
Last, what a great way to send encrypted comms in a SHTF scenario via UHF, VHF, or HF frequency’s using a Fldigi program. Just keep in mind that current FCC laws do not allowed sending encrypted messages during peacetime. GREAT JOB.
It might be fun, while using digital like Fldidgi, to send a OTP comm at the end of a broadcast like Voice of [insert country here]. 8) ;)
Looking forward to future articles on this subject. 73 & Peace Brother.

Aw shucks, thanks brother. I think you will like part 2 which I assume comes out tomorrow and is all about steganography. :)
I am glad that my rambling makes sense. And you are correct that OTP can be used in very interesting transmission methods :D
Hope you have washed off all the syrup.
73 and many blessings to you

Great article Patriotman, it sounds like it should be included with the OTP generator.

I like this idea  but seriously I am glad it makes sense to you all. As yoy know, I can read it 1000 times and it make sense because I am blind to the obvious issues with the writing.
