I just got a new phone yesterday, so I don't know if this is a "me" issue or a Tapatalk issue or an UCP issue. I can pull up Tapatalk and sign in no problem. I see the UCP forum. I click on it, it shows blank. When I click on the button that pulled out the side bar so I could pick whether I want to read "unread" or "subscribed", etc. I get the message "connecting to server" and it just hangs indefinitely. Going on 10 minutes this try. It's a Galaxy Note 3 on Verizon if that helps.

We have the latest version of the plugin available installed and nothing change around here lately.
I don't have tapatalk or a smartphone, so there is no way for me to try it.
Is any of you guys using tapatalk having problems too?

Ken I think you use Taptalk...Can you help Wellie?
I have had the same BlkBry since Nov 2010  I keep getting Verizon calling me (monthly) trying to sell me a new phone. I do realize that one of these days my BlkBry will break and I will have to buy one but till that day - No reasons why this old horse needs to learn new tricks ;)

Aside from a few glitches in getting all the stuff I had on my old phone put onto the new phone and getting them working, I'm loving my new phone. My old one had gotten super slow and was making me want to throw it against a wall. :) I'm also sending an email to Tapatalk help since it sounds like it's probably me.

TT works fine on my old iPhone with the forum.

@WPW Try clearing the cookies on the phone. You'll have to log in again.

Sounds like my phone may not be compatible with Tapatalk. I'll wait & see if they email me back. As to the cookies - I had to do a complete factory reset to fix a couple other issues and it didn't fix the problem. Oh, well. Not like my screen's not big enough on this thing that I can't visit the forums using the web browser. :)

Hey Weelie I just updated the version, did it solve your issues?

Nope, and they never responded to my email.
